+This module provides global variables that can be used in all layers

+## Basic Usage
+Variables are stored in a map in outputs.tf
+

+module "global-variables" {

+// then retrieve global variable from the module. for example:
+sys-sec-account = module.global-variables.vars.prod.sys-sec-acc
+```
